Cast Bonding Australia specialises in the manufacture of white iron lined pipe spools and fittings for abrasive slurries operating at high pressure/temperature in pipe sizes DN50 to DN900
The white iron linings are either "Cast Bonded" to steel pipe or loose fitting depending on customer preferences/specifications.
The wear rate of the Cast Bonded linings can be checked in-site using ultrasonic examination. The loose fitting white iron linings are replacable and can be monitored using thermography infrared scanning.
Our products provide a significant increase in service life compared with welded hard faced linings and the white iron lining acts as a thermal insulator reducing heat loss from the process.
